This site teaches about application of decision analysis in health care. The site includes lectures on measuring and modeling uncertainty, constructing decision trees, modeling group decision-making, cost-effectiveness analysis, objective risk analysis, program evaluation, and conflict analysis.  This course is also useful in improving quality of healthcare. Topics include benchmarking clinicians, root cause analysis, accident investigation, analysis of sentinel events and more.
